Meet The Team

Eric Roberts

Project Manager

Bio

Originally from Archie, MO, Eric came to work at Shamrock Cabinet in May of 1998 after being a self-employed contractor in the industry! He learned the ropes as an Installer before moving to Field Supervisor a few years later, and eventually a Project Manager in 2000/2001. Eric’s longevity as a Project Manager speaks to the level of skill he has in accurately measuring and designing cabinetry; he is very thorough in every step of the process and takes great pride in client satisfaction upon seeing their finished product. Outside of work, Eric enjoys traveling, fishing, and spending quality time with his family!

Glenn Sevier

Project Manager

Bio

Glenn joined the team in December of 1978 and is currently one of our longest-standing Project Managers! He was initially hired as a Purchasing Agent but was quickly moved to Project Manager due to his extensive history in sales; after graduating from CMSU, he was a buyer for The Jones Store as well as owned a ladies shoe store! His 40+ years as a Project Manager here at Shamrock Cabinets means he has more than enough expertise required to design a functional space that also meets the customer’s desired aesthetic. When Glenn isn’t working, he likes to spend his time golfing, hunting, fishing, and making memories with his family!

Tyler Blaney

Service & Installation Manager

Bio

Tyler began working part-time in January of 2014 in the shop and delivery department and returned every summer while attending college at UCM. After graduation, he decided to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather and father and came to work at Shamrock Cabinet full time! Since he already had prior experience in the shop, Tyler started out as a Project Manager before landing in the Service & Installation office, which he has managed since 2020. He is primarily responsible for the Service and Installation techs, making sure the Installation schedule stays on track, and coordinating and routing Service work orders. In his free time, Tyler enjoys golfing, spending time at the lake with family and friends, and playing guitar!

Chad Layton

Project Manager

Bio

Chad began working for Shamrock Cabinet in November of 2003 in our Service and Installation Department; he started out as a cabinet installer and kept at it for 14 years before becoming a service tech. After all the experience and knowledge he gained from working closely with homeowners and builders, he decided it was time for a change and transitioned to a Project Manager in 2022! With his love of woodworking, designing, and his ability to quickly problem- solve, he has a solid foundation for meeting, and even exceeding, his customer’s expectations. In his free time, Chad can usually be found enjoying the outdoors, fishing or hunting, riding his motorcycle, or spending time with his friends and family!

Bill Lord

Project Manager

Bio

Bill began working at Shamrock Cabinet right after high school in July of 1983 and never looked back! He started out in the shop, moving between different departments to really learn the ropes before moving into a Project Manager position. With 39+ years in the cabinet industry, he has the knowledge to identify and meet customer needs – sometimes even before they know what those are! When not at work, you can catch Bill cruising in his Slingshot, camping, beaching, or watching the Chiefs and Royals.

Bryce Thomsen

Project Manager

Bio

Bryce came to work at Shamrock Cabinet in September of 2021 after attending college at UCM and working in the restaurant industry for 10+ years. By the time he joined the team, he had extensive experience in customer service as well as second-hand knowledge of the cabinet industry through his relationship with the Blaneys. He also received the opportunity to work in different departments throughout the shop to get an even better understanding of cabinet structure and behind-the-scenes design aspects before jumping into project management. Though he is one of our newest Project Managers, he prides himself on providing a high level of integrity, accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of business! Being a new father, Bryce spends most of his time outside of work with his family; when he can, he really enjoys attending sports events and trying new restaurants, and looks forward to sharing his passion for sports with his son!

Dion Beachner

Project Manager

Bio

Born and raised in Raytown, MO, Dion decided to return to his roots and started working at Shamrock in April of 1996! He started out in our service and installation department, where he worked for quite some time before becoming the Service Manager. Eventually, he moved over to sales as a Project Manager and has remained there for 15+ years, working closely with multiple regular and returning clients! Dion prides himself on being an efficient project manager and designer with the range of skills he has developed over the years. Dion loves to travel, especially to new places, but eating and smoking BBQ is his true passion!

Steve Hensley

Project Manager

Bio

Prior to joining the Shamrock Cabinet team, Steve obtained an Auto Mechanics degree from a vo-tech school, but ultimately decided to pursue cabinetry and right out of high school started working at a small cabinet shop in Holden, MO where he remained for a few years! When Steve first came to work at Shamrock in December of 1988, he started out in the shop, worked his way up from building cabinets to managing all shop departments, to then managing projects and selling over 6 million dollars’ worth of cabinets in just 1 year! While he is also proficient in the construction and installation of cabinetry, he prefers to design and manage projects, and has been a Project Manager since that first year. In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, their 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren; when they’re not visiting, Steve and his wife love traveling to the beach to Scuba Dive and Snorkel, with dreams to one day to retire to Southern Florida!

Ben Wilson

Project Manager

Bio

Ben came to work at Shamrock Cabinet in July of 2014 after working for West Elm and Pottery Barn, where he developed an interest in interior design and really took to helping clients curate individual living spaces. He decided to take it a step further by becoming a Project Manager here at Shamrock and even got the opportunity to appear in several episodes of Bargain Mansions on HGTV! His previous experience in and around interior design allows him to consider so many different aspects when it comes to designing functional cabinetry. Being a creative person, Ben loves painting, printmaking, and drawing with pen and ink in his free time; he also enjoys attending First Fridays in the Crossroads, playing disc golf, and gathering with friends and family!

Jeremy Beachner

Sales & Drafting Manager

Bio

Jeremy started working at Shamrock Cabinet full time in February of 1994, but had already been working summers in the shop while still in high school! His experience in the cabinet business did not start there, though; Jeremy first worked at his uncle’s cabinet shop the summer he turned 13! With strong family ties to Raytown and the cabinet industry, and possessing the knowledge he did, Jeremy knew what he wanted to do. He immediately jumped into project management, where he stayed for the next 23 years before transitioning to Installation Manager, and finally to Sales & Drafting Manager. Outside of his normal duties throughout the years, he has done a lot for the company in the way of integrating different technologies to improve efficiency! In his free time, Jeremy enjoys working on his home, making improvements to make it beautiful, and is passionate about freestyle cooking.

Jonah Dotson

Project Manager

Bio

Jonah started working with Shamrock in May of 2023. He is skilled in mathematics and describes himself as an “analytical thinker.” In addition to being skilled in mathematics, Jonah has great problem-solving skills. In his free time, Jonah enjoys lifting, playing basketball, spending time with his friends and family, and being outdoors.

The feedback from homeowners has been overwhelmingly positive. Homeowners consistently express admiration for the exquisite cabinetry that graces their living spaces. The level of detail, the precision of the joinery, and the overall aesthetics have left a lasting impression, turning houses into true dream homes."

Austin Roeser
President, Roeser Homes

"Shamrock delivers cabinets to the site on-time and ensures we keep our schedules on track.  Since all of our cabinets are stained or painted on-site, this is crucial to make sure we have timely delivery of the home to our buyers.

Glenn is amazing to work with.  There is never a delay in getting back to us when we have questions on projects.  When we have a custom request, he is quick to provide concept drawings or provide insight in ways we could maximize storage or space to create an efficient lay-out.  One example of Glenn and Shamrock’s customer service on a recent project was when we added a wetbar after the other cabinets had already been installed.  He had the wet bar built and installed within 2 weeks after the request.  This ensured we had minimal impact to our construction schedule.

Overall Glenn and Shamrock provide high-quality cabinets, on time and with an excellent customer service approach."
